b) Usage of tracking software

The user actions on the website are recognised and analysed by the Piwik tracking software ( The storage of the IP address is anonymous, i.e. the last two octets of the IP address are set to 0. The collected data therefore cannot be traced to a specific person. The tracking software is only used for the website's technical optimisation according to the current technical specifications. Disclosure to third parties is excluded.

Contradiction of the web analysis

You have a right to appeal against collection of anonymized data by Piwik.

The appeal is stored as an opt-out cookie, so that for example the opt-out must be declared again after deletion of all browser cookies.

c) How does Swiss Eye International GmbH use the non-user-related data it gathers?

All of the aforementioned data is used for our own statistical evaluations. We use this data to make our website better and safer for you to use.

2. What user-related data does Swiss Eye International GmbH gather while you are visiting our website?

The personal data you enter (such as your name, address, and contact data) is sent to a central e-mail address in the form of an online contact form, and read and evaluated by our service personnel. This means that your personal data is stored temporarily in a mailbox pending further processing, and is deleted after completion of processing.
